We are looking for a dynamic organized self-starter to join our Product Support and Logistics Division as a Multimedia Creative Consultant in Peoria IL.

OurProduct Support and Logistics Division (PSLD)is one of the most innovative divisions within PSLD as within all of Caterpillar our priority is ourcustomers and helping them build a better world. PSLD is responsible for the worldwide distribution of Cat aftermarket parts integrated logistics and global service to develop and support our global dealer network and customers.

Job Summary:

• This Multimedia Creative Consultant will manage creative projects from start to finish including concept application art direction creative execution and delivery.

Additional Info:

• This role is located in Peoria IL and does not offer relocation
• This role is 1st shift
• This role is 100% on-site with no opportunity for hybrid or remote schedules
• This role requires up to 25% domestic and international travel

What You Will Do:

• Create informative and entertaining graphics photographs audio video and other visual elements for visual communication media within the field.
• Adhere to the companys brand voice. Act as a resource/contact for brand issues.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to conceptualize projects write briefs obtain materials finalize designs and frequently communicate the status of all projects with clients and stakeholders.
• Be a valuable partner with the Strategy and Project Management teams to ensure that all work delivers on the creative brief
• Oversees the work of other designers and producers. Determine the overall style in which a message is communicated visually to its audience.

• Creativity: Knowledge of the approaches tools and techniques for promoting creative original thinking and ability to apply it to a variety of business situations.
• Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit receive and accurately interpret ideas information and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
• Collaborating: Knowledge of collaborative techniques; ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner.
• Promotion and Marketing Communications: Knowledge of different promotional and marketing communication techniques; ability to use different marketing channels and tools in combination to focus on how a business communicates a message to the market.

• Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro After Effects Audition Photoshop Illustrator)
• Final Cut Pro DaVinci Resolve
• Camtasia Captivate Articulate 360 (for learning-focused roles)
• 3D tools (optional): Blender Cinema 4D
• Graphic design principles (color layout typography)
• Branding and visual communication
• UX/UI fundamentals
• Knowledge of codecs formats compression methods
• Understanding of digital delivery systems (web LMS mobile broadcast)
• Basic web technologies: HTML5 CSS media embedding
• 37 years of professional multimedia digital media or instructional media experience
• A strong portfolio demonstrating multimedia capabilities across formats
• Experience consulting freelancing or leading creative projects
• Industry knowledge (corporate training marketing higher education entertainment)

Summary Pay Range:
