Job Summary
Jack Madden Ford Sales Inc is seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Parts Advisor who has experience with Wholesale this role you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to wholesale customers and ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment. Responsibilities
- Assist wholesale customers with parts inquiries orders and product recommendations.
- Process parts orders accurately and efficiently ensuring timely delivery.
- Coordinate with service and repair departments to ensure parts availability.
- Provide expert advice on Ford parts and accessories to wholesale clients.
- Manage wholesale customer accounts and build strong relationships.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a parts advisor or in a similar automotive parts wholesale role.
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories preferably Ford products.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with inventory management and order processing systems.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional automotive certification is a plus.
