Job Summary
As a Test Engr I here at Honeywell you will support test strategies design methodologies analyze results and recommend improvements. Collaborate with teams to ensure product quality and reliability. You will report directly to our Test Engineer Supervisor and youll work out of our Mexico City location on a Hybrid work schedule.
As a Test Engr I here at Honeywell you will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of test strategies and plans. You will assist in designing and implementing test methodologies and procedures collaborating with cross-functional teams to define test requirements and specifications. Your role will involve analyzing test results and providing recommendations for product improvements.
In this role you will impact the success of our engineering teams by ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. You will be responsible for supporting test engineering activities for various projects contributing to the continuous improvement of test processes and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test plans and procedures
- Analyze test results and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test requirements and specifications
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelors degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science technology engineering mathematics
- At least 1 year of experience as test engineer
- Required experience with Python for automated testing
- Proficient English level
WE VALUE
- Desired Advanced Engineering degrees like EE (Electrical Engineering) ME (Mechanical Engineering) etc.
- Desired experience with Excel Macros
- Knowledge in SQL is a plus
