The Product Director will be accountable for leading the awareness & messaging strategy for SPRAVATO. In this role you will focus on strategy development strategic media planning content development and tactical execution to help drive awareness of SPRAVATO among patients with treatment resistant depression.
Position Description:
Lead development of comprehensive patient marketing plans including crafting strategies messaging and pulling through the new consumer campaign to achieve business goals
Refine & execute a best-in-class media strategy across channels
Lead targeting & engagement strategies to reach our primary & secondary audiences
Work collaboratively with HCP and cross-functional teams to maintain consistent brand messaging
Lead the review of new assets through the copy approval process
Partner with Patient Engagement & Customer Solutions (PECS teams) to ensure alignment with brand strategy across all materials and increase awareness of patient support programs
Champion a culture of collaboration innovation and teamwork
Qualifications:
Required:
A minimum bachelors degree is required
A minimum of 5 years of relevant business experience including pharmaceutical and healthcare knowledge as well as experience in Marketing Agency and/or related fields.
Strong marketing proficiency project management verbal written and executive communication skills are required along with demonstrated presentation skills
A demonstrated ability to be innovative proactive work within a team environment and lead multiple agencies/partners and external stakeholders is required
Preferred:
MBA or advanced degree in related field
Media planning experience
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools
