The Product Director will be accountable for leading the awareness & messaging strategy for SPRAVATO. In this role you will focus on strategy development strategic media planning content development and tactical execution to help drive awareness of SPRAVATO among patients with treatment resistant depression.

Position Description:

  • Lead development of comprehensive patient marketing plans including crafting strategies messaging and pulling through the new consumer campaign to achieve business goals

  • Refine & execute a best-in-class media strategy across channels

  • Lead targeting & engagement strategies to reach our primary & secondary audiences

  • Work collaboratively with HCP and cross-functional teams to maintain consistent brand messaging

  • Lead the review of new assets through the copy approval process

  • Partner with Patient Engagement & Customer Solutions (PECS teams) to ensure alignment with brand strategy across all materials and increase awareness of patient support programs

  • Champion a culture of collaboration innovation and teamwork

Qualifications:

Required:

  • A minimum bachelors degree is required

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant business experience including pharmaceutical and healthcare knowledge as well as experience in Marketing Agency and/or related fields.

  • Strong marketing proficiency project management verbal written and executive communication skills are required along with demonstrated presentation skills

  • A demonstrated ability to be innovative proactive work within a team environment and lead multiple agencies/partners and external stakeholders is required

Preferred:

  • MBA or advanced degree in related field

  • Media planning experience

  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$122000.00 - $212750.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective plans employees are eligible to participate in the Companys consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).



This position is eligible to participate in the Companys long-term incentive program.



Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:

Vacation 120 hours per calendar year

Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado 48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington 56 hours per calendar year

Holiday pay including Floating Holidays 13 days per calendar year

Work Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year

Parental Leave 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child

Bereavement Leave 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year

Caregiver Leave 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days

Volunteer Leave 32 hours per calendar year

Military Spouse Time-Off 80 hours per calendar year
