- Develop expertise and gain in-depth knowledge of vehicle accessories and technology.
- Guarantee detailed follow-ups to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- Experience with domestic and global shipping companies.
- Prepare shipping documentation and packages for outgoing shipments domestic andinternational including accurate labels per specifications with various vendors (UPS USPS etc.).
- Analyze best practice per package for most advantageous outgoing and incoming price vs. receiving date options.
- Maintain great relationship with delivery drivers.
- Issue purchase orders for various vendors.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Follow-up with customers daily with notification that parts orders have arrived and are ready forpick up.
Qualifications
- Strong desire to succeed and eagerness to improve.
- Technological aptitude.
- Experience in a customer-facing role.
- Professional appearance and positive personality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Minimum of High School degree or equivalent.
- Able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
- Have reliable transportation to and from workplace.
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
- Motivated team player.
- Ability to re-prioritize throughout the day to accommodate changes.
