Job Summary

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Service KPI Management:

Responsible for achieving and sustaining high levels of service performance including On-Time delivery (ORDD) Case Fill Rate (CFR) and Distribution Forecast Accuracy.

Monitor and analyze service metrics identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

2. CPFR Leadership:

Own end-to-end CPFR leading forecast collaboration order reconciliation and joint business planning (JBP) execution for assigned categories.

Coordinate weekly CPFR/exception reviews reconcile customer forecasts vs. company plans and drive agreed corrective actions to closure.

3. Forecast Management:

Monitor and action forecast alerts investigating and resolving variances outside 15% of M-1 and M-2 forecasts within defined SLA.

Partner with sales demand planning and the customer to update plans and orders.

Drive measurable forecast improvements aiming for a 2-5% Forecast Accuracy (F/A) lift vs. baseline by 2026.

4. Service Performance:

Accountable for On-Time delivery (ORDD) and Case Fill Rate targets investigating service drivers and implementing corrective actions.

Manage distributor/customer performance reviews and scorecards identifying areas for improvement.

5. Continuous Improvement:

Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean/Six Sigma methods to reduce supply loss and stockouts.

Review in-stock levels for top 25 SKUs leading root-cause analysis for out-of-stocks and implementing remediation to improve out-the-door sales capture.

6. Process Documentation and Knowledge Transfer:

Document processes and procedures enabling knowledge transfer and coaching junior analysts to scale CPFR capability.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Operations or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain logistics or operations with a focus on CPFR forecasting and service management.

Proven track record of driving service excellence and improving forecast accuracy.

Strong analytical problem-solving and project management skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with ability to work with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Experience with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies and tools.

Proficient in Microsoft Office particularly Excel and familiar with data analysis and visualization tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

Masters degree in Supply Chain Operations or related field.

Experience Foodservice distribution companies.

Familiarity with food industry trends and challenges.

Certification in CPFR APICS or related field.

New Hire Base Salary Range:

$89800.00 - $112200.00

Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidates geographic region job-related knowledge skills and experience among other factors
