What Youll Do
- Create a positive memorable customer experience at every touchpoint
- Greet customers document vehicle concerns and recommend services
- Build long-term relationships through honesty and transparency
- Present estimates and confidently close sales
- Communicate effectively between customers and technicians
- Maintain strong working relationships with service technicians
- Help uphold the shops reputation for integrity and high-quality work
What Were Looking For
High School Diploma or GED required
Valid drivers license with satisfactory MVR
At least 1 year of Automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer experience (or closely related role)
1 year of sales experience or proven ability to sell and lead
Strong communication and customer service skills
Team-oriented mindset with respect for technicians and coworkers
Commitment to delivering outstanding service and building customer trust
