Key Responsibilities

Design develop and implement ServiceNow applications and enhancements using JavaScript Flow Designer Script Includes Business Rules UI Policies etc.
Lead the development of solutions within ITSM ITOM HRSD CSM and/or other modules based on organizational priorities.
Collaborate with stakeholders BAs and process owners to understand requirements and deliver efficient scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Build and manage REST/SOAP integrations with external systems and internal tools.
Support platform upgrades clone processes and performance tuning.
Ensure development follows best practices coding standards and governance models.
Troubleshoot issues perform root cause analysis and provide timely resolution for incidents and problems.
Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to the teams technical growth.
