About the Role

We are seeking a senior P&L and Go-To-Market (GTM) leader to establish and scale our footprint in Taiwan. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for building the market from the ground up owning enterprise relationships driving revenue growth and leading a senior sales organization.

This role combines hands-on enterprise sales strategic account ownership and full P&L responsibility reporting directly to C-level stakeholders. The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping market strategy building local credibility and driving long-term growth across large global accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own full P&L responsibility for the Taiwan market including revenue growth pipeline order booking and profitability
  • Define and execute the market entry and GTM strategy to establish a strong local presence
  • Drive direct enterprise sales especially in the initial phase to build anchor accounts and market credibility
  • Build manage and grow strategic relationships with CXOs and senior decision-makers across global MNCs and high-tech enterprises
  • Lead and mentor a senior leadership team with Sales Directors reporting into this role
  • Oversee account management contract governance and commercial negotiations
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans including hiring resourcing and ecosystem partnerships
  • Collaborate closely with regional and global stakeholders across sales technology and operations
  • Act as the primary owner of external branding and positioning for the business in Taiwan

Leadership & Team Management

  • Manage and develop a high-performing sales leadership team
  • Set clear targets performance metrics and execution rigor across the sales organization
  • Balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution especially during the market build-up phase

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 15 years of direct enterprise sales experience (partner/channel sales experience alone is not sufficient)
  • Proven track record of year-on-year revenue growth pipeline creation and large deal conversion
  • Demonstrated experience managing P&L or large account budgets
  • Strong existing relationships with global MNCs particularly within:
    • Semiconductor & hardware
    • High-tech manufacturing
    • Data centers or enterprise technology environments
  • Experience establishing or scaling new markets or regional footprints
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders
  • Engineering background preferred; management or business qualification is a plus
  • English proficiency sufficient for business communication and executive discussions
