APAC Occupancy Planning and Management Delivery Director & Regional Lead

Overview

We are seeking an experiencedAPAC Occupancy Planning and Management (OPM) Delivery Director and Regional Leadto join our team. This is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing a team of150 Occupancy Planning professionals across India and other countries withinAPAC (Asia Pacific).The successful candidate will lead high-performing regional teams foster strong client relationships drive delivery excellence and support business expansion through innovative solutions and best practices in the field of corporate real estate. This position will report to theGlobal Occupancy Planning and Management Operations Leaderlocatedin the United States.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead mentor and manage teams of Occupancy Planning professionals embedded on major client accounts throughout the assigned region.

  • Act as the primary representative of the OPM business in the assigned region nurturing client relationships and ensuring satisfaction with service delivery.

  • Coachmanagers andprovide clear directions to help account teams consistently meet clientobjectivesand contractual obligations.

Client Engagement & Delivery Excellence

  • Cultivate andmaintainstrong partnerships with clients driving consistent high-quality occupancy planning and management services.

  • Serve as the escalation point for client concerns and deliver prompt effective solutions.

  • Ensurebest-practiceadherence and operational consistency across regions.

Business Development

  • Proactivelyidentifyand pursue business growth opportunities within the market.

  • Present and pitch OPM services to prospective clients including developing tailored organizational models defining scopes of work preparing costproposalsand negotiating contract terms.

  • Drivethe expansion of OPM servicesleveragingdigitalinnovationand new delivery models.

Collaboration & Integration

  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional leaders and teams to ensure smooth integration and consistent delivery of OPM services including partnership with Space Data Management (Auto CAD & CAFM/IWMS systems team)Variable OP Project Teams Workplace Management (WPM)Consulting Transaction Managementand Transition teams.

  • Drive process improvements and share innovative ideas across the business and with clients.

  • Develop a strong internal network and partnership with internal business lines with the intent to grow the OPM business.

Talent Development

  • Create opportunities for career growth and professional development within the OPM team offering clear pathways and training programs.

  • Partner with HR and regional teams for effective recruitment onboarding performancemanagementand retention of top talent.

Compliance & Governance

  • Uphold and ensure compliance with all contractual obligations service level agreements and industry standards.

  • Foster a culture that aligns with company values and promotes service excellence.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience leading occupancy planning or corporate real estate teams with demonstrable success in client service and team management.

  • Strong commercial and financial acumen. Responsibility for PL managementand revenue targets.

  • Proven ability to influence and achieve results through others.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and networking skills.

  • High degree of self-awareness emotional intelligence and relationship-building ability.

  • Persuasive communicator with strong presentation skills; able to articulate complex concepts to clients and internal Senior Leadership (COO level) teams clearly.

  • Bachelors degree in Architecture Design or a related field;Mastersdegree or MBA is preferred.

  • Experience leading large multi-cultural teams ideally in a global corporate real estate environment.

  • Fluent in English;proficiencyin one or more APAC/India languages is a strong plus.

  • Willingness to travel up to 10% and work across multiple time zonespredominantly withinAPAC and with stakeholders in the US.
