Role: Brand Manager Cx Poland
We are seeking a driven Brand Manager to join our Consumer Care team in Poland and take ownership of Cetaphils local brand this role you will lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing programs strengthen HCP partnerships and unlock new growth opportunities through data-driven insights and innovative activations. This is an exciting opportunity to shape brand strategy influence key stakeholders and make a measurable commercial impact within a global organization.
Responsibilities
Lead the local strategy and execution for the Cetaphil brand in Poland aligned with global direction and CX portfolio objectives
Drive profitable brand growth through full ownership of the marketing mix (4Ps)
Develop and localize marketing promotional and detailing materials in line with regulatory and medical requirements
Design and implement 360 marketing programs to increase HCP engagement consumer awareness and patient education
Develop HCP activation plans support congresses and Medical Advisory Boards and conduct field visits with Sales
Partner closely with CX & RX Sales teams to develop and execute detailing plans
Monitor market dynamics HCP trends competitor activity and consumer insights to identify opportunities
Track brand performance against KPIs and provide regular analysis and reporting
Manage the marketing budget and oversee demand forecasting in collaboration with the demand planner
Contribute to global brand initiatives and collaborate with international brand teams
Experience
Proven experience in brand management within FMCG OTC pharmaceutical medical device or healthcare-related industries
Strong experience developing and executing 360 marketing programs across the full marketing mix
Experience localizing global campaigns and materials in line with regulatory and medical requirements
Solid understanding of the Polish market including HCP trends competitor activity and consumer insights
Experience developing HCP engagement strategies and detailing materials for Sales Force activation
Experience managing marketing budgets and demand forecasts
