Youll be guaranteed an interview for a permanent role upon successful completion of the 12-week training programme mentorship from experienced consultants and the chance to work across multiple technology domains from day one.  

What Youll Do  

12 Week Intensive Training Programme  

Youll complete a structured hybrid training programme while on a paid training contract. Youll work on real world projects and gain hands on experience from the start.  

The programme gives you depth and breadth across the technologies that matter most in modern consulting. Youll gain indemand expertise across AI Python SQL Linux and Web Application Developmentbuilding strong futureready software engineering skills that set you up for an exciting and successful tech career. Beyond technical skills youll learn design thinking and customer facing delivery techniques that transform you from a technologist into a trusted consultant.  
 
In your final four weeks youll dive deep into Java before taking on a realworld business project applying everything youve learned to solve an authentic industry challenge.

Certification and Professional Development

Work closely with Version 1s Senior Technologists and experienced Mentors who will guide your development. Learn how to deliver real consulting value while building your professional network.  

Design Thinking and Customer Skills  

Youll develop the soft skills that separate great consultants from the rest: presentation communication and client facing expertise. These are taught through dedicated training and a focused Design Thinking week.  

The Role Structure  

Weeks 112  - Paid training   

Week 12  - Final interview for permanent contract  

Month 6  - 5% salary increase (performance based)  

Month 12  - 5% salary increase (performance based)  

Month 18  - 10% salary increase (performance based)

Our Digital Skills Academies would be great if you: 

• Have received a university degree classification of 2:2 in any STEM subject
• Love getting stuck into problem-solving and you dont give up easily!
• Are passionate about technology
• Eligible to work in the UK/ Ireland
• Eligibility and willingness to travel across offices in the EU and UK to meet with our stakeholders and customers. (Travel Costs covered by Version 1)
• An added bonus if you have previous IT work experience or you participated in a Tech Bootcamp/course

Hybrid Working Model  

We are proud to offer a highly effective hybrid working model and require all associate members to work from our Version 1 Office 3 days each week. This means that you must be able to travel to our impressive Dublin tech hub located at Four Park Place Hatch Street Upper/Harcourt Road (Dublin 2) to be considered.
