To grow and manage a portfolio of agribusiness clients by providing tailored financial solutions across the agricultural value chain while ensuring strong risk management portfolio quality and sustainable profitability.

5-10 years: Experience in banking preferably agribusiness. Knowledge of the agricultural property markets.
