Our Digital team is responsible for developing and growing Ignitis digital ecosystem across the Baltics Finland and Poland. We manage company websites self-service platforms push notifications and growth initiatives that reach more thanvisitors every month.
We are currently looking for a Digital Channels Product Owner who will drive the development and optimisation of our regional websites - and - working closely with colleagues across Latvia Estonia Finland and Poland while also building a strong push notifications strategy for our apps.

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:
- Leading the development and growth of Ignitis digital websites across multiple markets
- Driving experimentation and optimisation (A/B testing push notifications analytics) to improve conversion engagement and customer journeys
- Translating insights into actionable improvements that enhance digital solutions and reduce customer friction
- Collaborating with cross-functional CX UI/UX and development teams to align priorities and deliver value
- Managing the full experimentation lifecycle feature implementation stakeholder communication and digital channel budgets/priorities
Qualifications :
- Higher education in engineering computer science business or a related field
- 2 years of experience managing digital products or projects (web experience is a plus)
- Strong digital mindset with a data-driven approach
- Experience with experimentation A/B testing or growth initiatives
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics Hotjar Meta Business Manager or similar tools
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in international teams
- Good written and spoken English
- Proactive ownership-driven and results-focused
