This role offers an opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to the overall efficiency and revenue growth of our : $52000 - $55000 Shifts: Full-time weekends permanent Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership & Training Support onboarding and training of new Reservations Coordinators ensuring they understand systems policies and brand day-to-day guidance and coaching to help the team manage workloads and prioritize tasks regular check-ins with team members answer questions and identify training clear communication and teamwork across the reservations function and with property identify process gaps or recurring issues and suggest practical by example in customer service professionalism and attention to complex guest or system issues appropriately while supporting team & Booking ManagementEnsure accuracy of OTA bookings in & coordinate reservation staff booking and update rates promotions and packages into the reservations system as closely with each propertys guest service teams to resolve any reservation related issues promptly and & Financial CoordinationTrack payments owing refunds rate adjustments & cancellations to ensure revenue is being daily revenue & invoice promotional stays with our marketing closely with the accounting department to ensure gift card reconciliation & funds transfers are & MiscellaneousOther duties as experience in reservations guest services or hospitality is preferred. Strong attention to detail and analytical communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional to prioritize tasks manage time efficiently and meet deadlines. Familiarity with online travel agency platforms and practices. Proficiency in using reservation systems and property management software.
