Procurement Data Compliance Team in Cracow is one of three Centers of Excellence in Europe having direct connection with other two in Barcelona andWalliselen. Cracow hub is one and only base for European Procurement data operations.
As a Procurement Master Data Specialist you will have the opportunity to work in SAP with various data. You will be responsible for data entry and maintenance for outline agreements pricing details and info records. You will be taking part in solving discrepancies with supplier invoices. You will act as a steward of compliance and quality and as a contact point for various internal teams like Planning AP GSS and external business partners. You will have the chance to impact team performance and to take part in continuous improvement activities within your area of responsibility.
HowYoullMake an Impact:
Ensuring data accuracy on various levels and systems (entry changemanagement)
Managing relationships with external business partners (suppliers) at the operational level to ensure full compliance (pricing details)
Acting as a lead and an advisor in new materials set up process (Staging &eSprint)
Driving effective communication and cooperation with internal teams(Procurement Planning AP GSS ADS etc.)
Leading continuous improvement activities take an active role in cross-department alignments optimization projects etc.
Provide training for new members of the team/department
Representing procurement compliance (CSP) on various forums
Conducting in-depth analysis to ensure high level of service to our stakeholders
Operate as a Subject Matter Expert in your area of responsibility
Qualifications:
Fluent in English verbal and written communication. A second European language will be an advantage
1-2-year work experience in SAP environment (MM PP module)
High education in Business or related field
Very good knowledge of MicrosoftExcel
Engagement to operate proactively anticipating possible problems opportunities and challenges
Resiliency and ability to adjust to changing variables in the workplace
Open mindset and continuous improvement approach
Excellent communication & presentation skills self- drivenness openness to communicate on various levels
Work experience in a multinational/multicultural/matrix environmentwill be an advantage
