Job Summary
Are you ready to discover the role of a Business Analyst in Netcompany
As a Business Analyst your main responsibilities will be:
- Analyse business processes identify process issues delays bottlenecks and propose process improvements and automation opportunities
- Construct workflow charts and diagrams study process and system capabilities write specifications
- Gather requirements define scope use cases business rules and the business domain while clarifying terminology
- Conduct impact analysis of a requirement or change request
- Write and Maintain documentation regarding processes and analysis of the system
- Liaise between various departments and groups
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and communicate effectively
- Collaborate with and drive cross-functional teams and Information Technology (IT) teams
Qualifications :
What would make you a fit for the role:
- Bachelors degree in appropriate field (business analysis operational research mathematical modelling statistics data analytics or related fields)
- Around 2 years hands-on experience in a similar role
- BPMN knowledge
- Experience with data analysis and modelling
- Being detail oriented analytical and inquisitive and with problem-solving abilities
- Excellent MS Office skills (Excel Visio PowerPoint)
- Ability to effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders to support proposed strategies process improvements and operational decisions
- Familiarity with brainstorming and collaborative methods and tools
- Excellent knowledge of English
What would be an asset:
- Basic experience with/knowledge of machine learning artificial intelligence
- Experience in change management
- Certifications like Business Analyst Agilist Scrum Lean/Sig Sigma aCAP or other relevant
- Knowledge of Python (maintain & update existing application)
