In this ER RN role youll perform triage rapid assessment airway management IV therapy medication administration wound care and critical decision-making under pressure. Youll collaborate with physicians advanced practice providers and ancillary teams to stabilize patients and expedite transfers. Documentation will be thorough and precise with emphasis on patient safety family communication and efficient throughput.
