Job Details:
- Perform specific and moderate portions of an experienced engineer
- Gather and correlate basic engineering data using established and well-defined procedures
- Work on detailed and routine engineering assignments involving calculations and simple tests
- Solve new problems encountered using modifications of standard procedures and methods developed in previous assignments
- Identify discrepancies in results
- Provide guidance to entry-level engineers
- Perform work in accordance with agreed upon budgets and schedules
- Perform tasks necessary to complete the primary design elements for engineering works
- Telecommuting permitted up to 3 days per week
- Full-time
Qualifications :
Candidates must have a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field and 3 years of experience as a Civil Engineer Engineering Analyst or a related occupation.
Alternatively the employer will accept a Masters degree in Civil Engineering or a related field and 1 year of experience as a Civil Engineer Engineering Analyst or a related occupation.
Position requires experience in the following:
- Data collection and analysis using standardized procedures
- AutoCAD
- Civil 3D
- MicroStation
- OpenRoads
- ProjectWise
- Applying and modifying standard engineering methods
- Microsoft suite applications including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Utilizing engineering principles and calculations
