Job Summary

The Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and public areas in accordance with Hilton brand standards to ensure guest satisfaction. This position requires attention to detail efficiency and a commitment to providing exceptional hospitality.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to Hilton brand standards.
  • Replace linens make beds and replenish guest room supplies.
  • Clean bathrooms dust furniture vacuum floors and sanitize surfaces.
  • Report maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately.
  • Maintain housekeeping carts and storage areas in an organized manner.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests.
  • Follow all company safety OSHA and cleanliness standards.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift push or pull up to 2550 lbs.
  • Ability to stand bend and move for extended periods.
  • Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

    • Limpiar baños desempolvar muebles aspirar pisos y desinfectar superficies.
    • Reportar inmediatamente problemas de mantenimiento o riesgos de seguridad.
    • Mantener los carros de limpieza y áreas de almacenamiento organizadas.
    • Responder de manera profesional y oportuna a las solicitudes de los huéspedes.
    • Cumplir con todas las normas de seguridad OSHA y estándares de limpieza.
    • Realizar otras tareas asignadas.

    REQUISITOS

    • Experiencia previa en limpieza preferida pero no requerida.
    • Capacidad para trabajar en un ambiente dinámico.
    • Capacidad para levantar empujar o jalar entre 2550 libras.
    • Capacidad para estar de pie agacharse y moverse por períodos prolongados.
    • Disponibilidad para trabajar fines de semana y días festivos.
