Assistant Football Coach (Part-time)

Duties and Responsibilities

• Duties may include but are not limited to coaching and serving as an assistant to the Offensive or Defensive Coordinator
• Other duties include recruiting qualified student athletes use of recruiting software camp operations scouting film breakdown monitoring academic progress of student-athletes and any other duties assigned by the Athletic Department

Qualifications:According to Indiana Wesleyan University employment policy all employees must possess a strong Christian commitment and adhere to the standards outlined in the IWU Community Lifestyle Statement.

Education

• Bachelors degree required

Experience

• One to three (1-3) Years of High School or Collegiate Coaching Experience
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse communities and cultures

Required Skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks
• Written and oral communication skills
• Knowledge of computer applications for recruiting and video exchange and breakdown
• Organizational skills
• Ability to work weekends & evenings and also to travel
