Job Summary
- Drive commercial performance of consumer financing and private leasing for Autohero customers
- Design and optimize financial products: pricing interest rates and partnership models
- Lead process implementation and operational improvements for finance offerings
- Collaborate with Product Tech Marketing Legal and external partners to launch new customer solutions
- Use data-driven insights to develop products that transform the online car buying experience
- Act as the central point of contact between internal teams and financing partners
Qualifications :
- Very good analytical skills and the ability to manage priorities to meet time-sensitive deadlines
- Up to 5 years of relevant work experience (car credit and/or private leasing) - working for a captive or independent car financing provider preferably with international scope
- Proven track record in car financing and/or leasing product design pricing and process implementation
- Autonomy and demonstrated track record working with high-level stakeholders at international scale. Passion and motivation about moving tasks forward and taking ownership of topics. You are hard-working and your desire to achieve impact and results is bigger than a 9-5 working schedule
- Completed studies in finance business administration engineering computer science or a comparable degree programme
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Full proficiency in English is mandatory every other European language is a plus
