Job Summary

The HR Generalist I EMEA supports the HR team in delivering efficient and effective HR operations across the EMEA region. This role offers exposure to a broad range of HR activities with a focus on HRIS management administrative support employee engagement and process improvement.  
 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Providefirst-level HR supporttoemployeesandmanagersescalatingcomplexissuesasneeded. 
  • Support HR team inday-to-dayHRoperationsacrossEMEAentitieswith focus on entities in Slovakia Netherlands Switzerland and Germany. 
  • Administer & optimize HRIS maintain HRIS data accuracy and generate basic reports. 
  • CoordinatewithHR teamtoensuretimelyandaccurateprocessing of payroll in assigned countries. 
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for EMEA employees. 
  • Support HR documentation record-keeping and compliance activities. 
  • Participate in process improvement projects and support the adoption of AI-driven HR tools. 
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues and cross-functional teams on routine tasks. 

 


Qualifications :

 

  •  Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field or equivalent work experience. 
  • 2-4 years of experience in an HR role. 
  • Experience with Dayforce or other enterprise HRIS system 
  • Experience with HR in European countries 
  • Basic to medium payroll experience ideally for Germany and Slovakia. 
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint). 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English; Slovak would be an advantage.  

 


Additional Information :

Revalize designates standard working hours as 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Time (ET) for employees based in the United States and 08:00 to 17:00 Central European Time (CET) for employees operating within the EMEA region.

Qualified applicants will be asked to complete a 30 minute online pre-employment assessment as part of the recruitment process.
