As L&L Controlling Procurement Director you ensure end-to-end financial steering of the Procurement L&L perimeter (4 brand houses 4 regions 8 sub-regions 800M spend).
You act as a key financial business partner within a matrix organization (by brand at global level and by region) driving budget forecast and performance monitoring processes in close alignment with Finance PME controlling central controlling and accounting teams.
Your role combines strong financial expertise cross-functional coordination and strategic business partnering at global level.
Your mission:
Business Partnering & Governance
- Operate as a trusted financial business partner within a complex matrix organization (brands & regions).
- Follow up with L&L FP&A on entities legal documents financial flows and key interlocutors.
- Coordinate regularly with PME procurement controllers to align and relay financial information.
- Align with central controlling on processes timelines priorities performance reviews and risk management.
- Communicate clearly and concisely with internal and external stakeholders on procurement activities and financial performance.
Budget & Forecast Management
- Drive the financial agenda (budget forecast) in synchronization with Global Procurement Controlling.
- Align with PME and central controllers ahead of budget and latest estimate reviews.
- Communicate financial system loading instructions (figures phasing brand & country breakdown).
- Control the accuracy of budget loading into financial systems and act as relay with L&L FP&A when corrections are required.
Actuals Monitoring & Accounting Alignment
- Communicate revenue booking instructions for the L&L scope (partnerships specific initiatives sourcing factory activities).
- Communicate cost booking instructions (flows entities phasing amounts).
- Review and control L&L P&L variances between Actuals / Budget / Latest Estimate (revenues costs FTEs).
- Act as interface with Accounting teams to adjust P&L and submit corrections when needed.
- Support process harmonization simplification and efficiency across Procurement L&L.
- Deliver on-time high-quality management reporting and insightful performance analysis.
- Monitor L&L performance and ensure proper documentation of specific initiatives.

- Direct interaction with Procurement Top Management (Group Chief Procurement Officer and SteerCo).
- PME Procurement Controllers.
- Central Controlling.
- Business partner to other Procurement departments.
External Finance
- Strong interactions with FP&A Accounting and Tax teams across all regions and brands.
Qualifications :

Experience
- Masters degree (MBA or equivalent).
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Controlling / FP&A / Financial Planning in an international environment.
- Strong expertise in P&L controlling.
- Solid understanding of accounting processes.
- Experience in matrix and multi-regional organizations.

- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Financial planning & analysis expertise.
- Advanced P&L controlling capabilities.
- Ability to operate in complex cross-functional environments.
