The role

Were hiring a Design strategist with around 23 years of experience whos interested in the space between customers business ambition and digital possibility. This role is less about having a fixed point of view and more about developing onethrough exposure to complex challenges collaborative teams and real client contexts.
Youll support strategic work from early discovery through to definition helping teams frame the right problems explore options and articulate clear direction. Its a role for someone who enjoys thinking sense-making and shaping ideas before they become tangible experiences.

On any given day you might

• Help define customer value propositions grounded in research insight and jobs-to-be-done
• Analyse customer segments behaviours and needs to shape priorities and focus
• Map journeys and ecosystems to identify moments that matter and opportunities for impact
• Contribute to experience and service principles that guide design and delivery teams
• Support growth and loyalty strategiesthinking about acquisition retention and engagement
• Explore how operating models data and technology enable great experiences
• Build stories frameworks and narratives that help clients make decisions

Qualifications :

• Around 23 years experience in strategy consulting CX or digital roles
• Experience working with customer research insights or strategy artefacts
• A structured way of thinking with the ability to zoom out and zoom in
• Comfort working in ambiguity and evolving your thinking as new insight emerges
• Clear communication skills and curiosity about how organisations create value for customers
• Located in Stockholm
• Excellent oral & written skills in English.
• We work in a flexible hybrid model combining remote focus with in-office collaboration.
