Job Summary

This is an ideal opportunity for a Provisional Psychologist or Registered Psychologist who wants to apply their clinical skills in a practical realworld setting or wanting explore a rewarding new career path in occupational rehabilitation.

Youll work closely with clients recovering from psychological or physical injury supporting them to regain independence and return to work safely. Youll use your psychological training every day through assessment planning communication and problemsolving.

We know that transitioning into occupational rehab can feel like a big step so we provide tailored onboarding structured coaching and ongoing mentoring to help you grow with confidence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support clients recovering from psychological or physical injury to achieve safe and sustainable returntowork outcomes
  • Conduct a range of assessments and develop tailored rehabilitation plans
  • Build strong supportive relationships with clients employers and treatment providers
  • Apply psychological principles to motivate guide and empower clients
  • Prepare clear professional reports and documentation
  • Work collaboratively within a small supportive team environment

Qualifications :

We welcome applications from:

  • Provisional Psychologists or Registered Psychologists with current AHPRA registration
  • Individuals with strong communication empathy and problemsolving skills
  • Those curious about or ready to transition into occupational rehabilitation
  • Professionals who value teamwork purpose and meaningful client outcomes
