- Develop implement and continuously refine housekeeping policies procedures and quality standards that align with organizational goals and industry best practices
- Lead mentor and motivate a diverse team of housekeeping staff including supervisors and room attendants fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment
- Create manage and analyze departmental budgets including labor costs supplies and equipment procurement while identifying cost-saving opportunities
- Conduct regular inspections and quality audits to ensure consistent cleanliness presentation standards and compliance with established protocols
- Collaborate seamlessly with other departments to coordinate guest experiences and resolve interdepartmental challenges
- Implement and monitor comprehensive health safety and environmental protocols ensuring full compliance with local regulations and sustainability practices
- Manage inventory systems and vendor relationships to optimize procurement of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Analyze performance metrics and key performance indicators to identify trends implement improvements and drive operational efficiency
- Address guest complaints and feedback related to housekeeping services with empathy and decisiveness turning challenges into opportunities for improvement
- Stay informed about industry trends emerging technologies and innovative housekeeping practices and champion their adoption within the department
- Recruit onboard and develop housekeeping staff creating clear career paths and performance review processes

Qualifications :
- Proven experience of 5 years in housekeeping management preferably in luxury hotels resorts or high-end hospitality environments
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- Certified Executive Housekeeper (CEH) certification or equivalent professional credential (preferred)
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop staff at all levels
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with proficiency in engaging with diverse multicultural teams
- Advanced proficiency in budgeting financial management and cost analysis
- In-depth knowledge of cleaning techniques products equipment and industry-standard protocols
- Experience with hospitality management software and property management systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Comprehensive understanding of health safety and environmental regulations specific to the hospitality sector
