Your daytoday duties will include performing comprehensive OT evaluations interpreting assessment findings and designing evidencebased goaloriented treatment plans that address activities of daily living functional mobility cognitive processing sensory integration and fine motor skills. Youll implement therapeutic interventions monitor progress adjust plans as needed and collaborate with physicians physical therapists speech therapists social workers and educators to ensure cohesive patientcentered care. Youll educate patients and families on home programs adaptive equipment safety strategies and durable medical equipment use with a focus on empowering selfmanagement and longterm success. Documentation will be precise and timely to support care continuity and regulatory compliance.
