The Lead Software QA Tester develops and implements a strategic plan for a company-wide testing framework which establishes a testing culture promoting consistency and best practices. This position also involves collaboration and coordination with multiple development teams as well as maintaining an active role within a development team using best practices.Who we are:

As aLead Software QA TesteratFACTS you are instrumental in helping toestablisha testing culture promoting consistency and best practices.Youllserve as aqualityexpert and provide direct day-to-day guidance and leadership to our talented and motivated development teams.This includes collaboration and coordination with multiple development teams. In addition to having a strongqualityaptitude leadership and communication skills are important in your role.
As an ITQATechnical Lead a typical day might include:
Creating and advancing multi-year plans to direct the advancement of testing procedures and testing automation
Evaluating with theassistanceof Technical Leadsthe state of testing processesand testing automationused by each team
Identifyingand ensuring metrics are used to track both improvements and established processes
Coaching and mentoring team members across multiple teams within the company
Working with Technical Leads Architects and Managers within the company to plan and advance testing automation and processes to provide updates to leadership
**Pay Range for this role - $110000 - $120000
You Have:
2-3 years experiencewith test framework and testing tools used by the team
The ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities
Strong database knowledge (table design complex query creation best practices)
Strong desireto learn push the envelope and share knowledge with others
Experience mentoring others and/or leading asignificant changewithin a team
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate with clients colleagues and management to explain complex issues clearly and concisely.
