Role Overview
We are seeking an expert-level Marketing Manager to lead and own our digital marketing strategy with a focus on SEO and Google Ads. This is a hands-on strategic role designed for a data-driven marketing professional who thrives in a collaborative environment. You will manage internal initiatives oversee external partners and serve as the primary point of accountability for all marketing performance and strategy.
Key Responsibilities
In-House Expertise: Take full ownership of Google Ads campaigns SEO strategy and performance optimization.
Strategic Oversight: Manage and guide external agencies handling PPC email marketing and content creation.
KPI Reporting: Provide weekly performance briefings and actionable insights to leadership.
Social Media Management: Maintain an energetic and creative presence across professional social platforms.
Decision Making: Serve as the primary internal contact for all marketing performance making real-time adjustments to strategy as needed.
Hard Skills
Expert-level experience (5 years) in Google Ads SEO Merchant Center and Search Console.
Intermediate experience managing professional social media accounts.
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and pivot strategies accordingly.
Experience managing vendors or external agencies.
Soft Skills
Collaborative leader with the ability to manage small teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Data-driven mindset comfortable making strategic decisions based on metrics.
Adaptable and proactive able to respond to market trends and performance insights.
