Location:Homebased. Must belocatedpermanently in the UK.
Contract:Fixed Term Contract from April 2026 until 31st January 2027 (covering Maternity Leave) - 35 hours per week.

A bit about the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivatingPeople Analyst on a Fixed Term Contract from April 2026 until 31st January 2027 covering Maternity Leave.
You will provide insight for the People Directorate colleagues and subject matter experts by providing people data and analytical commentary to help the organisation.
You will identify and impact key people metrics and themes in the core areas of the employee life cycle including recruitment development reward and benefits payroll and people process.
Howyoullhelp to create brighter futures
Providing a first point of contact regarding People related reporting and analytics that support the service delivery of the People Directorate.
Ensure that data standards and other process documentation are current and help to update as we evolve our processes embedding data standards into everyday People team processes.
Gain insights through the data we collect that guide decision making.
Taking a lead role to protect the confidentiality of all people metrics and associated personal information.
Supporting and working collaboratively with senior management to define produce and communicate people insight and trends.
Presenting context insight and priorities in a variety of formats.
Educate and drive adoption within the People team and wider colleagues on how data can be used to their advantage.
Letstalk about you
Fantastic attention to detail as a critical thinker.
Excellent analytical capabilities and ability to translate data into business dialogue.
An ability to provide insights that enhance and complement the raw data/analytics.
Ability to talk through patterns and themes in an easy digestible way.
Proficiency in excel (advanced).
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to apply project management techniques including time management and organizational skills system skills
Formal technical training in Business objects development / reporting / dashboard design.
