We are seeking a dedicated Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (OMFS) Consultant for a full-time position on a long-term insourcing contract. The role is designed for experienced professionals looking to work Monday to Friday providing expert care and support in a specialized healthcare environment. This position is outside IR35 offering LTD payment options.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert oral and maxillofacial surgical care to patients in accordance with clinical guidelines.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive treatment plans.
- Conduct patient consultations and assessments developing tailored care strategies.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records ensuring data confidentiality.
- Participate in clinical audits and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior medical staff and trainees.
- Stay updated with advancements in OMFS techniques and integrate them into practice.
Required Skills:
- Board certification in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
- Proven experience in a consultant role within OMFS.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Eligibility to work in the UK and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Professional registration GDC.
