About the Role:

The TikTok Script Writer will create engaging short-form video scripts focused on personal development Zen and Buddhist teachings to drive book sales through TikTok Shop and Amazon. This role emphasizes strong written English copy refinement and AI editing rather than traditional long-form writing. The ideal candidate can transform AI-generated drafts into natural compelling human-sounding scripts that resonate with a social media audience.

Key Responsibilities

Script Writing & Content Development

• Write and refine short-form scripts for TikTok videos centered on Zen stories mindfulness and personal development themes.

• Adapt messaging to fit the tone pacing and hook-driven style required for TikTok content.

• Ensure scripts are engaging clear and aligned with the brand voice.

AI-Assisted Writing & Editing

• Use AI tools to generate initial script drafts through prompt engineering.

• Edit polish and humanize AI outputs to sound natural and authentic.

• Optimize scripts for clarity emotional impact and audience retention.

Content Collaboration

• Work with the content production team responsible for visuals voiceover and posting.

• Support multiple TikTok accounts with consistent script output.

• Align scripts with content strategy designed to drive engagement and conversions.

Qualifications

• Strong written English skills with excellent grammar tone and storytelling ability.

• Experience writing for short-form social media content (TikTok Reels Shorts).

• Familiarity with AI writing tools and prompt engineering is highly preferred.

• Ability to edit and refine content to sound natural and human-like.

• Interest or familiarity with personal development Zen or mindfulness topics is a plus.

• Reliable self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
