Were looking for an outgoing friendly people-oriented individual to represent Window World of Fargo at home shows community festivals and local events on weekends throughout the year.

What Youll Do

Represent Window World of Fargo professionally at home shows festivals and community events
Engage attendees in friendly conversations about their bathroom remodeling goals
Schedule free in-home design consultations using our proven appointment-setting process
Follow our communication scripts and lead capture systems
Assist with booth setup and teardown before and after each event

What Were Looking For

A great personality you genuinely enjoy connecting with people
Weekend availability (most events run FridaySunday)
Reliable vehicle and valid drivers license (local travel required)
Ability to lift 2030 lbs for event setup
4 years of experience in sales event marketing or customer engagement

Compensation

Base bonus pay structure
On-target earnings: $25$40/hr
No cap on bonuses we love rewarding great work!
