Position: Staff Product Manager Associate Product Services
Job Location: 702 SW 8th Street Bentonville AR 72716
Duties: Develop and execute Walmart Salesfloor product strategies that align with Walmarts overall business objectives & store innovation. Conduct and utilize research to identify store associate needs and pain points. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement for store associates & customers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design engineering and supply chain to ensure successful product launches. Define product requirements create product roadmaps and manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch. Communicate product vision strategy and performance to senior leadership and stakeholders. Stay current on industry trends emerging technologies such as BLE RFID Augmented reality and consumer behavior to inform product development decisions.
Minimum education and experience required: Masters degree or the equivalent in Business Management Analytics or a related field plus 2 years of experience in product management or related experience.
Skills required: Must have experience with: Leading cross-functional teams setting a clear vision and motivating others to achieve common goals; End-to-end product development lifecycle from ideation and market research to design development and launch; Data analytics to drive decision-making including the ability to interpret analytics KPIs and user behavior to refine product features; Managing projects including defining project scopes creating timelines and ensuring on-time delivery; Ensuring business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans programs and initiatives; Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as engineering design or marketing to ensure alignment and successful product launches; Creating and managing product roadmaps outlining the strategic direction for product development; Resolving issues such as requirement changes Scope of work KPI metrics or release dates within the project team or with stakeholders to maintain a positive work environment; Ensuring that project outcomes align with client needs and expectations; Consulting with business partners managers co-workers or other key stakeholders; and soliciting evaluating and applying suggestions for improving efficiency and cost effectiveness.
