How will you make an impact
The Senior Test Technician position will be responsible for assembly alignment testing and packaging of various complex scientific instruments to support the production and shipping goals of a work cell. You will be part of an engaging team and collaborate with your colleagues to solve problems and drive continuous improvement!
Responsibilities
Complete assembly alignment and testing of assemblies and instruments to ensure they meet all quality standards while consistently meeting productivity goals.
Follow work instructions for mechanical electrical and optical assemblies material handling and inventory verification.
Trained in all areas of a production cell and able to troubleshoot technical issues.
Communicates effectively with team members and other support functions. Contributes to a positive team culture.
Required Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Required Experience:
2 years of experience in manufacturing or production environment.
Proven experience with test result analysis in manufacturing.
Demonstrated prior success as a trainer and peer leader.
Physical Requirements:
May require exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally up to 25 pounds of force frequently and up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
