What Youll Do
Prepare comprehensive cost estimates and technical proposals for ship repair projects.
Read and interpret detailed drawings specifications and technical manuals.
Participate in collaborative estimating processes and bid reviews.
Attend ship inspections and support business development efforts.
Work closely with all departments to determine material and manpower requirements.
Contribute as a team player in a fast-paced on-site work environment.
What Were Looking For
35 years of professional experience preferably in marine or industrial industries.
Shipyard experience preferred; knowledge of Navy ships and prior military experience a plus.
High school diploma required; Bachelors degree highly recommended.
Strong analytical organizational and communication skills.
U.S. citizen with legal right to work in the U.S.
Able to obtain TWIC and DBIDS credentials.
Pass post-offer drug screening and background check.
Valid Hawaii REAL ID-compliant drivers license (or U.S. Passport Hawaii license).
Reliable transportation.
