Job Title: Videographer

Role Overview
The Videographer captures high-quality visual content that reflects the professionalism credibility and brand standards of the company. This role plays a vital role in producing business news interviews special features corporate programming and digital content that support the companys communication objectives.
Working across studio and field environments the Videographer ensures that all footage meets broadcast-grade standards through proper composition lighting audio capture and camera operation. The role requires strong technical expertise creative judgment and the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced production settings.
Key Responsibilities
Video Capture & Production Execution
- Operate professional broadcast cameras for studio productions live broadcasts corporate events and field assignments.
- Ensure proper framing exposure focus and audio quality to maintain broadcast-level production standards.
- Collaborate with producers and directors to execute visual storytelling aligned with program objectives.
- Adapt shooting techniques to suit interviews panel discussions financial reporting and documentary-style content.
Technical Setup & Equipment Management
- Prepare and configure cameras lenses tripods lighting and related equipment before each production.
- Conduct pre-shoot equipment checks to ensure full operational readiness.
- Troubleshoot minor technical issues on-site to prevent production delays.
- Maintain equipment in excellent working condition and promptly report any repair or replacement needs.
Field Production & Live Event Support
- Support outside broadcasts executive interviews investor events and special productions with professional video coverage.
- Operate efficiently in dynamic environments while maintaining steady high-quality footage.
- Coordinate with audio lighting and engineering teams to achieve optimal production results.
- Travel as required to support regional productions and strategic coverage initiatives.
Post-Production Collaboration
- Work closely with editors to ensure footage is properly logged transferred and organized for efficient editing workflows.
- Capture supplemental visuals (B-roll) that enhance storytelling and production value.
- Ensure visual continuity and consistency across multi-camera productions.
- Support quick-turnaround projects where speed and accuracy are critical.
- Creative Contribution & Continuous Improvement
- Contribute ideas that elevate visual storytelling and strengthen Companys on-air identity.
- Stay current with emerging camera technologies shooting techniques and production trends.
- Recommend workflow improvements that enhance efficiency and production quality.
- Uphold Companys commitment to excellence reliability and innovation in visual media.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Associate degree or equivalent professional experience in Film Production Media Broadcasting or a related field.
- Minimum 35 years of professional videography experience preferably in a broadcast or corporate media environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in operating professional video cameras and related production equipment.
- Strong understanding of lighting composition and audio fundamentals.
- Experience supporting live or multi-camera productions is highly desirable.
