Water Resources Engineer

Seeking an experienced professional to lead and grow a portfolio of water and wastewater utility infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities

Plan design and manage water and wastewater utility infrastructure projects
Oversee construction administration and project execution
Conduct site visits and participate in client and public meetings
Lead project teams to ensure successful delivery within scope budget and schedule
Prepare proposals scope-of-work documents and contract estimates
Support marketing and business development initiatives
Build and maintain strong client relationships and industry networks
Mentor and manage team members to support professional development

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (Masters preferred)
Professional Engineer (PE) registration in Kentucky
1015 years of experience in water and wastewater infrastructure design and construction administration within a consulting environment
Strong technical expertise in water resource engineering
Experience in planning design bidding and construction phases of infrastructure projects
Proven project management and leadership skills
Experience in proposal development and client service management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Newforma preferred)
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Strong organizational time management and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Commitment to continuous professional development and high performance
