The Role
Presidio isseekingan ambitious and detail-orientedâAssociate Network Engineerâto join our dynamic this role you will provide technical support on a variety of project-based work including the planning design and implementation of Enterprise Networks WAN connectivity and Security solutions. As part of our mentorship program you will gain hands-on engineering experience develop your technical skills and receive training to support professional certifications. Working alongside experienced engineers you will contribute to the success of ongoing projects while learning aboutcutting-edgetechnologies in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Project Support & Implementation:âAssist with the planning design and implementation of enterprise network solutions WAN (Wide Area Network) connectivity and security solutions for clients.
- Technical Troubleshooting:âProvide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for network infrastructure and security systemsassistingin the resolution of issues quickly and effectively.
- Collaboration & Mentorship:âWork closely with senior engineers and consultants to deliver solutions andparticipatein a structured mentorship program designed to accelerate your career growth.
- Learning & Development:âParticipatein a comprehensive program of hands-on engineering projects and training for technical certifications ( NSE4)
- Documentation:âContribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation for networks configurations and security protocols.
- Continuous Improvement:âStayup-to-datewith the latest networking technologies best practices and security trends to ensure the solutions provided are efficient secure and scalable.
Required Skills and Professional Experience
- Education:âBachelors degree in computer science Information Technology Network Engineering or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Technical Skills:âBasic understanding of networking concepts (e.g. TCP/IP VLANs routing switching etc.) and familiarity with network hardware (routers switches firewalls etc.).
- Certifications (Preferred):âEntry-level certifications such as CCNAPCNSAetc
- Problem-Solving Abilities:âStrong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Communication Skills:âExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
- Learning Mindset:âA desire to learnnew technologiesacquirecertifications and grow professionally in the field of network engineering.
