Job Summary
Koniag IT Systems LLC a Koniag Government Services company is seeking a Senior Helpdesk Technician with a Secret security clearance to support KITS and our government customer at Joint Base Lewis McChord offer competitive compensation and an extraordinary benefits package including health dental and vision insurance 401K with company matching flexible spending accounts paid holidays three weeks paid time off and IT Systems LLC is seeking Help Desk Staff to analyze problems and provide technical assistance support and advice to end users for hardware software and systems. The ideal candidates will resolve computer software and hardware problems and serve as the first point of contact for customer Functions Responsibilities & Duties may include but are not limited to:The Help Desk Staff will be responsible for:Analyzing problems and providing technical assistance to end usersStudying and resolving computer software and hardware problemsDetermining whether problems are caused by hardware software or system issuesSupporting triage meetings to collect information about user issuesReceiving telephone calls and emails from users experiencing problemsResponding to customers and troubleshooting their issuesProviding technical support and training to customersMaintaining documentation of customer interactionsFollowing up with customers as neededHandling customer complaints and providing appropriate solutionsProcessing customer accounts and filing documents accordinglyEducation and Experience:Five (5) years of experience in supporting Information TechnologyRequired Skills and Competencies:Good problem-solving analytical and team-working skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsClearance Requirement:Secret Our Equal Employment Opportunity PolicyThe company is an equal opportunity employer.
