ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Operations Management
- Oversee all day-to-day operations including scheduling dispatch quality control and customer service
- Develop document and continuously improve operational systems and procedures
- Monitor supply inventory equipment and vendor relationships to ensure efficient service delivery
Team Leadership & HR
- Hire train coach and manage office staff and field cleaning technicians
- Build and maintain a positive accountable and performance-driven company culture
- Conduct performance reviews manage disciplinary actions and ensure compliance with labor laws and safety standards
Customer Experience
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Handle escalated customer issues and resolve complaints effectively
- Implement quality assurance programs including inspections and follow-ups
Financial & Business Management
- Manage budgets payroll oversight labor costs and operational expenses
- Track KPIs including revenue margins customer retention and team productivity
- Identify opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency
Growth & Strategy
- Support business growth initiatives including new services territories and team expansion
- Collaborate with marketing and sales efforts to drive bookings and retention
- Analyze data and reports to inform strategic decisions and support the companys long-term vision
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- 35 years of management experience in a service-based route-based or home services company
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage operations in a fast-paced high-volume environment
- Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills
- Financial acumen with hands-on experience managing budgets and KPIs
- Comfortable with scheduling software CRMs and operational tools
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Preferred
- Experience in residential cleaning home services or a similar field service environment
- Experience scaling operations or managing multiple teams or locations
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
