Job Overview The Logistics/Production Technician is a hands-on dual-function role that supports both production operations and logistics activities. This position primarily works as a Production Technician while also assisting with packaging labeling shipping and receiving as needed to support daily operations and coverage during peak periods or absences.
What Youll Do
Operate and monitor production equipment in accordance with SOPs
Perform basic troubleshooting quality checks and production documentation
Maintain a clean organized and safe work area
Package and label materials according to customer and internal requirements
Prepare and stage materials to support production runs and order readiness
Assist with shipping and receiving activities including loading/unloading and documentation
Maintain organized inventory and storage areas
Communicate effectively with Production and Operations teams
Support cross-training and continuous improvement initiatives
What Were Looking For
High school diploma or GED
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods
Basic computer and data entry skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
Preferred
Manufacturing warehouse or production experience
Shipping and receiving or logistics experience
Familiarity with packaging labeling and inventory processes
Ability to follow work instructions SOPs and safety documentation
