Job Summary

Domestic Considerations: RSDs: 27 days with possibility of further being issued. Evening and weekend work required.

Post Role: Squadron Sergeant Major.

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the discipline management & morale of all Sqn personnel.

2. To command all working parties and special parades as required.

3. To ensure all personnel are trained in accordance with MATTs/ITRs.

4. Responsible for support of the WOs & Sgts mess in liaison with the RSM.

5. Responsible for Sqn ration roll in camp and on exercise.

6. Responsible for the career management of all soldiers under personal command.

7. To liaise with OC/PSI reference the structure and delivery of Sqn training programme.
