Job Summary

Domestic Considerations: This is an FTRS(LC) role. Within a daily communtable distance of Selly Oak (B15 2WB). Appointment rquires individual to be prepared to spend up to 28 nights out of bed.
Position Role: Trg WO is responsible for the preparation facilitation delivery and evaluation of all military skills and mandatory training delivered to RCDM personnel.
Responsibilities:
1. Co-ordinate J7 team to deliver/facilitate all mandatory training for RCDM SP.
2. BPT directly support J7 activity in the event of staff absences.
3. Develop a sustainable mandatory trg plan IOT ensure RCDM SP are ready to undertake operational deployment.
4. Provide the CoC with accurate trg statistics and report & returns.
5. Develop and maintain SOPs for J7 activity and BPT to assist with J3 OSW.
6. Management & development of strategies that maximise J7 opportunities for RCDM SP across triService Units.
7. Line Management of FGen & Trg staff.
8. Carry out duties and roles as delegated by CoC.
9. Act as the Units principal Senior Planning Officer for J7 delivered training.
10. Deputise for OC FGen & Trg and SO3 FGen & Trg as required.
