- Strategically plans for monthly quarterly bi-annual annual activities for engagement and communications
effort - Considers the costs of planned programs and showcases creativity by working within budget.
- Leads and owns written/multimedia communications to stakeholders. Including but not limited to creation
of internal posts posters and email announcements. - Writes messages for staffing and leaders to convey changes issues successes and stories related to each
process. - Builds collaborative relationships with other functions operations and stakeholders to gather information
feedback and earn support. - Drives participation and teams engagement score from people across a wide variety of cultural and
socio-economic backgrounds - Resolves issues independently and drive them to closure with minimal supervision
- Designs and executes ideas in alignment with the Angkas Brand and Core Values
- Develops creative concepts and campaigns from planning to completion stage to strengthen brand
awareness. - Hosts weekly monthly quarterly and annual events or programs
- Partners with leaders and scale up engagement mechanism that influences job satisfaction to enrich
connections scores covering 400-500 employees - Leads diversity equity and inclusivity efforts to promote sense of belongingness and build an inclusive
workplace - Support other functions of the OD Team and accept other associated responsibilities as the need arises or
as assigned by the company
Requirements- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in HR recruitment or a related field.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
