Transport Planner:
The Transport Planner supports daily inbound and outbound transportation activities at the distribution center ensuring smooth execution data accuracy and timely delivery.
Your role:
You will support daily inbound and outbound distribution center activities prioritizing tasks and resolving exceptions such as overdue Advanced Shipping Notices delivery discrepancies Proof of Delivery issues and customer complaints.
You will ensure data integrity by performing daily interface checks between SAP Transportation Management systems Warehouse Management Systems and Logistics Service Provider platforms.
You will track shipments document updates and proactively communicate delays risks and constraints to relevant stakeholders.
You will prepare and maintain transportation plans for finished goods validating capacity and aligning plans with customer demand and promised delivery dates.
This role offers handson exposure to transport planning supply chain execution and continuous improvement initiatives within a regulated and performancedriven logistics environment.
Youre the right fit if:
Youve acquired 1 year of experience in Supply Chain Transport Logistics Operations or Physical Distribution with a Bachelors degree or 4 years of experience with Vocational Education in Warehousing or Logistics.
Your skills include transport planning and scheduling exception management data analysis capacity planning and working with Enterprise Resource Planning systems such as SAP (Warehouse Management System experience is a plus).
You have a Bachelors degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management Operations Management or Vocational Education in Logistics or an equivalent field.
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
Youre a detailoriented proactive professional with strong communication skills the ability to manage daily operational priorities and a continuous improvement mindset.

The pay range for this position in Reedsville PA is $63000 to $84000
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills experience business needs geographical location and internal equity.
In addition other compensation such as an annual incentive bonus sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
