This is a temporary position in the heart of the action for the worlds largest poker competition.
This temporary position puts you at the center of the worlds largest poker event. As a Cage Cashier / Caesars Rewards Associate you will be responsible for safeguarding company assets while ensuring compliance with all policies procedures and gaming regulations. Key duties include accurately handling customer transactions such as registration for tournaments deposits to tournament accounts chip and cash exchanges as well as performing all Cage and Caesars Rewards functions. You will provide exceptional guest service while maintaining strict confidentiality of customer information. This role requires attention to detail strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Deliver excellent guest service and maintain a sense of urgency in all tasks
Represent the department professionally and serve as a role model for Caesars Rewards and customer service standards
Adhere to attendance guidelines and comply with departmental and company policies
Adapt quickly to changing business levels and priorities
Attend department meetings and information sessions as required
Communicate the benefits of the customer loyalty program and offer Caesars Rewards Visa to every guest
Create and maintain customer accounts ensuring data accuracy and integrity
Collaborate with team members and support departments to ensure player satisfaction
Share relevant information with coworkers and management to maintain consistency and prevent issues
Ensure confidentiality and security of all customer data
Comply with all state federal and regulatory policies and procedures
Must be 21 of age of older
High School diploma or equivalent preferred
Computer experience (WORD EXCEL PowerPoint etc.) necessary for data entry and able to type 35 words per minute
Ability to maintain composure and excellent guest relations under all circumstances
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
Well-groomed appearance to ensure and promote positive image.
Must be able to read write speak and understand English
