Airbus is looking for an API Developer to join in Bangalore India.
The successful candidate will assess and understand business needs and translate such into IT solutions.

Engineering graduate with 0 -2 years of experience in developing delivering IT solutions.
Working closely with Product Owner to analyze assess and understand business needs and translate such into IT solutions
Designing building and maintaining API based solution and integration architectures via high-available scalable maintainable secured monitored systems and services
Building an API-first culture.
Essential Skills
Hands-on experience on IT Operations
High level of energy strong drive & ability to adjust to changing priorities.
High Customer focus and proactive stakeholder management.
Experience with designing and implementing APIs RESTful and SOAP-based Web-services
Skills on MuleSoft would be a plus
Experience on the AWS skills like S3 Lambda API Gateway etc. would be a plus
Ready to work in a 24/7 shift rotation.
Others:
Knowledge on some of the following products/tools: Splunk GitHub Jenkins Maven Jira/Confluence etc..
Knowledge on Test tools would be nice like Bruno/Postman
Proven track record working in Agile Scrum and/or Kanban projects
Responsibilities:
Perform root cause analysis for critical incidents & trend analysis for proactive measures
Report in Airbus defined template and fill all details
Autonomy with excellent communication skills to work in a multi-functional and distributed team
Provide accessibility and analysis RCA L2 L3 support
Ability to work on the Service Now tool.
Excellent Communication skills- good interpersonal and influencing skills.
Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution.
Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
Track issues through to resolution within agreed timeline.
Talk clients through a series of actions until resolution.
Provide accurate and prompt feedback to customers
Prioritise and manage several open issues at one time.
Documents technical knowledge in the form of Knowledge base articles.
Standardize the quality assurance procedures for software engineering oversee testing and develop fixes.
