An individual who has overall responsibility for the management oversight and coordination of the Department of Mental Health (DMH) CREW and Community Service Agency.
What You Will Be Doing to Make a Difference...
Actively participate in Quarterly DMH meetings
Provide clinical oversight of program
Assists Program Director in developing and revising program policies and procedures
Maintain positive working relationships with referral sources community members donors volunteers colleagues supervisor employees and other agency programs
Promote and lead agency culture of learning and respect for others as well as agency mission and strategic plan; empower staff in meeting the agency mission
Coordinate all safety and security of facilities and persons served
Conduct comprehensive home-based assessment inclusive of CANS and other tools as
determined necessary occurring in youths home or another location of familys choice
Identify with the family- appropriate members of the CPT
Develop youth and family centered ICP with family and collaterals
Develop risk management/safety plan in collaboration with the family and collaterals
Maintain regular contact with the family youth and other relevant persons
Facilitate CPT meetings
Maintain face to face contact with the youth and family as determined by the youth
family and members of the CPT

Masters Degree in a Human Services field i.e. Social Work Mental Health Counseling Marriage and Family Therapy
Independent licensure in Mental Health field; Masters level or Ph.D. preferred and license eligible required
Two years clinical supervisory experience serving individuals with Serious Emotional Disturbance (SED)
Two years administrative experience involving funding and regulation
Minimum five years clinical experience preferred
Computer proficiency
Knowledge and experience with the DMH service population
